As a result, many of these products are only available in limited quantities or require large production lead times. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back-order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. Colors We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Shipping & ReturnsReturn Policy – Candlesticks, Decorative Baskets & Bins, Mirrors, Odds & Ends, Signage:Merchandise can be returned within 5 business days for an exchange or store credit only. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. Philip Sassano Design cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping. Some restocking fees may apply. Any merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported to Philip Sassano Design/Refined Rustic within 48 hours. We will exchange the damaged product once it is claimed within the 48 hours. Return Policy - Furniture, Lighting and Artwork: All sales of furniture, lighting and artwork are FINAL SALES. You may request additional photos if available prior to finalizing the sale. Shipping and Handling Policy: Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. We ship all of our packages via UPS Ground. Orders usually ship out in 7-10 business days. Because many of our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. We will contact you in the event of a delay. All shipping charges are calculated based on weight during the checkout process. Furniture Delivery – Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, are delivered using our White Glove service. Local Pick-Up: If you live in the Chicago-land area or the McHenry County Illinois/Lake Geneva Wisconsin area and would like to arrange local pick-up to avoid shipping and delivery charges, please contact us at 630.782.5563 to discuss prior to placing your order. Delivery and processing costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web-site and is based on weight of items. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. No deliveries can be made to PO boxes. Product Pricing: The prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States.
